According to Mike Hara, the Vice President of NVIDIA, the rate/rhythm of launching of the products should not be modified. One will have to expect to see the top of the range graphics chips of next generation of NVIDIA (G90 or G92) that will launch at the end of the year on Christmas, and the variations of entry level and mainstream level will launch in Q1 of 2008.

The next chips will be obviously more powerful than current G80. Mike Hara speaks even about an installed capacity approaching Teraflops. For example, G80 reaches the 350 Gflops and R600 of AMD the 475 Gflops. G90 will be engraved in 65 Nm and will arrive at the end of the year with 1 Teraflops. We hope the DirectX 10 aplications/games will be more available.
