After long time waitin for the DDR3 Ram, at least here any small review of DDR3. The Memory are Samsung 2 modules DDR3 533 MHz with SPD CL 7-7-7-20.

The chipset still Engineering Sample, could be seen from marking the letter in the chipset.

Now here on test, but honestly the one of module have been damage, and the test only at single channel.

The Specification test:

800 MHz CL 8-11-11-X @ 1.7 volt

800 MHz CL 9-9-9-X @ 1.8 volt

858 MHz CL 10-11-11-X @ 1.9 volt

CONCLUSION:
In fact the memory speed from Samsung DDR3 this still could be more higher, but apparently Samsung did the protection, above 1.95 volt, memory this could not have gone normally.
In fact the rise only around 0.45 volt from default (1.5 volt). Next will be update on dual channel mode.
