The new chipsets soon will be release by AMD. AMD announce that will launch the chipset at Q2 2007. The chipsets introduce several technologies with future processors AMD Phenom with HyperTransport 3.0 and PCI Express 2.0 which makes it possible to double the bandwidth.

The chipsets are the RD790 for the Highend level, the RX780 for the mainstream level and the RS740 for the entry level. The RS780 had integrated graphics card that compatible with DirectX 9.0 and DirectX 10. The RS780 also had UVD (Universal Video Decoder) technology. The RX780 and RS740 will be available around Q3 2007. The chipsets will associated with southbridge SB600.
