on Ontario, California (USA), XFX announced the XFX produced the motherboards based on nVIDIA’s new 680i LT SLI chipset, which is compatibile with Intel’s socket 775 processors.

For extreme performance, the XFX 680i LT SLI features True Dual PCI Express slots, supports 1333MHz FSB and memory speeds reaching 800 MHz for SLI Ready memory with EEP. NVIDIA MediaShield storage with features RAID and SATA drive support and more.

The XFX 680i LT targets the extreme overclockers that are planning to upgrade to Intel’s upcoming Core 2 Duo 6×50 series of processors with FSB1333 and support any socket 775 CPU including a Core 2 Extreme, Core 2 Duo, Core 2 Quad, Celeron D, Pentium 4, Pentium 4, Pentium D 9XX, Pentium D 8XX processor. XFX give promise that XFX 680i LT will give up to 22% more performance when compared to intel chipset motherboard.
